Odette Gilbert is one of the most respected art dealers in Europe.With a career spanning more than 25 years, Odette is regarded, by artists and collectors alike, as a gifted and discerning dealer in modern and contemporary fine art.

The Odette Gilbert Gallery, founded in Cork Street in 1980, not only exhibited works by long-established and highly sought after artists such as Frank Auerbach, David Bomberg, Edward Wolfe, Jacob Epstein, Lucien Freud and Picasso. It also became a showcase for emerging talents such as Haidee Becker, Joyce Cairns, John D Edwards, Sandra Fisher, Alexis Hunter and Jacqueline Morreau, who have all gone on to build widely acclaimed careers.

In 1995 Odette closed the Cork Street Gallery to concentrate on advising on acquisitions for a number of private collectors and curating exhibitions in London, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York.

Odette launched her website in 2007 to provide a platform for her artists and an opportunity for existing and new clients to look at these art works and to purchase them directly from the site.

Odette is continuously seeking to purchase important works to provide investment opportunities for my clients.
